| Description |
Located on grassy hills near the sea in the quasi-national park having constant air current,
suitable for beginner's training. Three takeoffs for different wind directions would make for almost all directions. It will, however, be tough for beginners when wind is easterly.
The site is controlled by Kanpuzan Paraglider School thanks to support by local government (Oga City), Oga-shi Tourist Association, Kanpuzan Shopping District Society, and group of landowners.

Basho's Haiku (Japanese poem in 5-7-5 syllabic form) ; "Kisakata in the rain, Nebu flowers are in bloom quietly, recalling
Xi Shi's great beauty". (Nebu or Nemu: Japanese silk tree. Xi Shi is one of the
renowned four beuties of ancient China.) .
Sunset cruising flying over Kisakata-machi by watching evening sun setting in the Sea of Japan is very cool for expert pilot. Tasting of well-known natural rock oyster of Hisakata in summer season is also incredible. |
